  1. I started going to Stretch Lab in early 2024. Been going for over a year and it has been very good for me. Consistency has been the key. I go every other week for 50 minutes each session.
  2. I started going to Stretch Lab in early 2024. Been going for over a year and it has been very good for me. Consistency has been the key. I go every other week for 50 minutes each session. Can tell the difference in my golf game over these past 2 seasons. My body and golf game are much more consistent throughout the entire year.
