Josh G posted Scotty Cameron Covers in General. Days like today are the reason I started collecting covers. It's Massachusetts cold- older than South Carolina cold which is colder than Southern California cold. It's also pouring, and really windy. It's supposed to calm down, so I might head to the covered range to hit some balls before dark, but maybe not. I know every day is playable, but just because you could doesn't always mean you should... I'm also burning a PTO day that won't roll over. Which means I'm doing everything in my power to not work, and I'm day dreaming about golfing. I could golf, but it wouldn't be golf. It would be a test of survival. I think I got into covers out of boredom. I've got too many covers IMO. I've got a 1 in 1 out deal with the wife going right now, because you never know what the next release will hold. Today is the first time I've ever counted them. 46 in total. There's some I'm going to sell for sure. They just won't get gamed. I"m pretty sure I bought them based on impulse, which I know many of you understand.I also understand that, depending on your perspective, this is both a large and tiny collection of covers.Every cover tells a story...Do you get what I'm saying?Bring it Cameron Crazies! Post some pictures of your covers, comment on mine, toss out anything and everything that has to do with Cameron covers right here. Sweet collection. I only got one "special" one, USA jyd. It has never seen the outside world and probably never will.

WOW! Thats a great collection! Some really nice covers in there! I'm surprised that you can keep all of those in the packaging, I wouldn't be able to keep them like that just because the temptation to show them off at the course is too strong.

Now that's a nice collection of head covers. Unfortunately, I only have one.

Josh - That's a sweet collection! I'm only at 4 with only 1 of them a "collector" item. But it's the one I intend to use next year. I might be interested depending on what you're selling. Shoot me an email when you decide what you want to part with.
But even more impressive is that bag. That looks like a pretty sweet and rare bag!

Indeed. TT was cool enough to send me a used 910 PGA tour staff bag. I think it held all the clubs and shafts for the Tour pros to test out on the range. If only that thing could talk!

I have bought and sold quite a few, but I generally buy them to game. I love Scotty's putters and creativity with all of the things he creates for us to use or collect. I'm a huge fan of the Art of Putting :)

I even had the infamous Chris B put his seal of approval on it while we were in San Diego. Small but proud

how did you score the Christmas one already. You've always got the good Rick!
Here's the shelf my wife bought for me. I think it's a good way to display Scotty's work. Now I need to talk her into getting a second one.

Very nice Josh. How many of those spares are Napas?????
Love the dancing scotty dogs/bulls. Need one in a mallet.
I store my few extra clubs in the same tour bag that you have. It is a really nice bag that can hold a bunch of my spare stuff.

Josh - I would need a wide angle lens or several pictures to get all the covers in my collection. I think that I may be close to triple digits. I need to start pairing the collection down to a more manageable number.

Love the display Josh! I just purged some of my covers that I just won't game much. Got it down to a few key gamers like USA Ryder Cup, Vegas Whales and Dancing Grinders. I've decided special covers need to equal my # of putters and I have 3 Newport 2's right now. Once I get the Studio Style NP2 restored I'll get to add 1. :-)
Trying to keep my addiction in check otherwise I can see this heading down a crazy path where I live shanty in the woods made solely out of putter covers!

I love the Rack Mark! Looks like you've got some cool event covers too. My wife got me a shelf for them, I'll post a picture later. She doesn't understand at all, but I don't understand her purse and shoe collection either. As for selling, I'm not super interested it ditching the collection yet, but if anyone has a Napa they wanna trade, I'd be interested in that...
I hear you Josh! I use to feel the same way with my wife and her shoes and purses. I have no idea why she needed so many, but I tried not to argue. Now that we have kids, that has been shifted to clothes and toys for the kids. My basement looks like a Toys R Us now!
Here's the shelf my wife put up, and staff bag TT hooked me up with. I'm sure when we have kids she'll have less purses and I'll have less covers I'm sure.
Upon further review the count is at 84, without the IJP design ones.

Nice setup! Any other pics? I'm debating how I want to display all of my "stuff." Building a new office in my basement, so I essentially have a clean slate to work with. But all that has done is give me so many options, I don't know what to do! haha.

This looks better than you had described! I like the framed flags on each side!!
One point of suggestion, if you have a headcover you really like and wish to have it standout you can purchase the small lucite display box that typically is for miniature football helmets and it gives the headcover a perfect display mini-case! Just a thought!
AJARPortland, OR
Great suggestion Chris. I'll be getting that for my 2012 Masters SC Gator cover signed by the history-maker himself. Just need to make a stand for the actual cover.
