I step up to the tee, honestly having the round of my life. I’m on the verge of shooting even par for the first time in a while. The 17th hole at auburn hills golf club in Riner VA is around 175 downhill over water. I hit an 8 iron and when I tell you I’ve never hit an iron better than that…. It flew the green but caught the slope off the back hill and rolled back and dropped right in the cup. It almost was if it was slow motion. Craziest day of my life!
