While on a Gil’s golf trip from Western New York our third round at Heritage Club we went off on the back 9. One of our group had course booklet. She read difficult hole together to, green slopes left to right.
I clubbed up to an 8 iron and aimed left. It is an elevated green, I couldn’t see but one of the girls said it went in. Of course I immediately went to left green side and same friend said it’s in the whole.
What a neat “club” to be in especially because my mom got a hole in one on an elevated green and also didn’t see it go in.
My father always said she’s not any good at it but she loves it, I can’t help but think I am following in her footsteps
