This morning, (08/05/26) me and my dad had booked for an early round at Tudor Park Country Club before my dad went to work, and it turned into one of the best moments I’ve ever had playing golf.
We got to the 7th hole, a par 3 playing 118 yards, and I hit my 56-degree wedge. The shot felt good straight away — going straight for the flag, landing about five feet short of the pin and started rolling perfectly towards the hole. At first we were both just watching the ball tracking the pin, and then my dad shouted, “It’s gone in!” As soon as we realised it was actually a hole in one, we both went crazy. It was such an unreal feeling finally getting my first ever hole in one after coming soo close times before, and even better that I got to share that moment with my dad. It’s definitely a memory I’ll never forget.
