  1. I recently discovered that the XP95 shaft in my 712U 4-iron was not R300 but R100. I was not aware that True Temper made R100 shafts. Is this a light/senior shaft? What is the difference with R300 and/or S300. Anybody?

R100 is soft regular and would assume to be a senior shaft, but, am sure Titleist could better comment and/or confirm. XP95 R300 shaft butt end at 7.0 inches is 2.5 inches shorter than the S300 shaft with the tip length being 2.5 inches longer than S300 making for a stiffer butt end and softer tip flex for the R300. If you were fitted and having issue with this shaft (no details on XP95 R100 shaft on True Temper's web site) I would confirm that this was the shaft flex recommended and proceed accordingly
