    Anything different in the construction of the newest MB? I'm just talking materials by any chance... hit them last night and I don't think I have ever felt a Titleist MB that felt this soft... Can't say I have the game for them but I am seriously considering chasing a set of these down!!!!

    Not sure about 718 yet but do love my 714MB

    There's a few Youtube clips about some of the differences between the 718 MB and 716; from my perspective, would seem little difference. I did same, i tried out the MB, but personally felt the game is hard enough as it is, went with AP-2. Tough choice on your part which to game. But i think if you are dedicated to improving...and putting the time in.....Go for it!!

    I own the 716 and have hit the 718 on the range only. Personally I didn't notice any difference other than the muscle line on the back. Maybe the CG changed fractionally but I couldn't notice anything.

    As far as MBs, I think you should own a set if you like them. Even if it's not your full time gamer, it's nice to have to go out with from time to time. I'm sure you can find some nice used 716s if that's the market you're in. Or if you can swing it, the 718s would be great too.
