I currently have a gap in between my hybrid (21 degree) and 3 wood (15 degree). I really like the 2i/3i T-Mb, and I was wondering if it is possible to put a graphite shaft in one of them, specifically the Tour Ad Di-105... Is this possible??

  2. I had a similar situation and went with a lightweight steel shaft...FWIW

I believe so. I have Kurokage Tini stiff in my TMB's 4 thu pitch.

  4. Hi Jacob,

Any of the graphite options listed in the iron section of our Custom Options Matrix are available for T-MB builds. The Graphite Design Tour AD 105 is a .370 parallel tip shaft and all of our irons require .355 taper tip, so unfortunately the AD 105 is not an available option in this instance.

I have 4 thru PW T-MB's with the Kurokage Tini stiff. Some of my friends who play mini tours hit them and liked them. They were surprised at first then actually got further tested (fitted) and ordered them.

I have the TMB 3i bent to 19 degrees and play the UST Recoil 110 F5 Prototype. And absolutely love it. I play any kind of shot with it off the deck and off the tee.

Rec'd full set of T MB's approx. a month ago & very dissatisfied w/ the performance & feel, or lack of feel. Absolutely no feel & feedback especially in lower irons.. 8, 9, P & W are terrible. For this kind of investment was hoping for some killer irons, but instead got some duds.. Do have an appt w/ another fitter tomorrow & hoping they make it right & fit me in the right clubs.. We'll see what happens......

I'd be interested with who Gomez got fit by... Didn't you try the irons before you bought?

When I bought a 4i & 5i TMB, I was fit for them and I liked how they felt. When they came, I wasn't so sure. The feel is so incredibly different and it takes getting used to. They grew on me and I now love those clubs (holed out for an eagle with my 5i from 200 out and fell in love) and then added a 3i as well. They do take some getting used to and they feel best in the sweet spot. Mis-hits may be ok, but they feel amazing in the sweet spot.

Thank you for the replies everyone. I ended up getting a different hybrid to fill the gap.
