RC I think you're thinking of Milled rather than Forged. Forging is the forming under extreme pressure…
It's not necessarily a bad thing!
I would find a TPI Certified in your area so they could assess any tightness that may be hurting your game. The Flat swing may only be a symptom!

have no idea what the loft and lie is of my putter,. Pretty much adjust on the putting green and feel confident. i never had much of a problem with distance or roll. If I ever get to a machine, i'll sure check out the numbers.
