don't know about the shafts, but i keep a set of cb 710's at the club for proper golf and the ap2's in the back of the car for drving range / quick rounds / away trips and i have never really noticed any difference in playing either club.

The shafts are fairly close as both have similar lively tip sections. Diamana Blue 65 weighed 62 grams in a Reg flex and hit it at a mid - mid/high ball flight. The Matrix Ozik 5 in Reg weighed 58 grams and would hit it mid high.

Has to be AP2 for me! Classic looks from address with lots of forgiveness on miss hits. My distance control has never been better since going to AP2 Looking forward to 712s!

I purchased Ap2's 3-4 years from authorised dealer Pro Shop after I was custom fit by a Titleist rep. None of my clubs have serial numbers not even 6 iron. Two vokey wedges do not either... what gives? Should I be concerned - I hardly think my pro shop…

OK, verdict is in...

I strengthened all lofts to +1* more than factory spec (except 4 iron, which is now 21* or +2*). This is a 2* strengthening from where I was before.
