Hi Matthew - a schedule for the 2012 fitting days will go up on the website next week. It is fittings, rather than demo and is managed by appointments through the club pros at each venue.

I bought it from tgw.com @ $300. The only thing that I found weird was some forum I read people have said that the studio selections do not come in a plastic bag, but mine does.

Get the cart bag unless your using a buggy, if you use a powakaddy or pull, the tour bag doesn't really work on these, i use a RC10, great bag, plenty of pockets,14-way divider etc, and designed for a trolley.
Can you order Driver and Fairway wood with Fujikura Motore VC 6.2 Tour Spec and 7.2 Tour Spec shafts in stiff. If so, same upcharge as the regular VC 6.2?

I was just fitted for the same 3 lofts. make sure you have enough bounce. i was fitted for a 60-04. needed to be atleast a 60-07.
make sure you can hit it out of the grass. They all work good on the mats.
