I am a 20 handicap golfer what ball do you recommend for me???

I have a 910F 3w and would like to cut it down 3/4 or 1 inch down for more control. How will that affect the club playing characteristics

I have a 906 F2 fairway wood with 90g pro force V2 shaft, would like to change to a lighter weight shaft, I hit this club to low and would like more loft and distance any suggestions.

I have a Scotty Cameron Detour putter.  There is an orange dot on the heel (facing up).  What is the reason for this orange dot??
